NON-SMOKING POLICY

ZILI Pine Villas is a smoke free environment. Please note that a minimum fee of 2,500 will be charged if smoke is detected in guest rooms.

FOOD AND DRINKS POLICY

Light breakfast consisting of sliced bread and assorted spreads plus coffee or tea is included with each stay.

Eating and drinking inside the villas is strictly prohibited. Food and drinks can be consumed at the villa's balcony or other designated dining areas only. A minimum 1,000 fee will be charged for violating this policy.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed. For your dining needs, our in-house restaurant is available. Should you still bring in food and drinks, a corkage fee of 500/villa per day shall be charged. There is also a 500 charge for the use of kitchen equipment like gas stove and rice cooker.

A la carte meals and full board meal packages as well as upgraded breakfast platter can be availed at additional cost. Please notify us in advance for your orders. You may refer to our Dining Options page for available menu or contact us.

Purified drinking water is available at our water dispenser free of charge.

REST & RELAXATION TIME

While we all want to enjoy and have a good time, we must recognize that other guests may not be up to partying all night. Any loud music, chatter, noise, or shouting should be avoided after 10:00 PM.

PETS POLICY

Small pets are welcome with a one-time charge of 500/pet. They may stay inside the room but are required to be supervised and wear diapers at all times. We request that you bring them outside if they need to litter.

When outside the villa but within resort properties, dogs are requested to be on leash or crated.

Any room damages or foul odors caused by pets shall be charged corresponding penalties at the conclusion of your stay. Any injuries caused by your pets to other resort guests, resort staff, or other pets shall be your sole responsibility.

PROPERTY DAMAGE

We strive to provide the best facilities to our guests. ​Damage to the property committed by any guest or person while at ZILI Pine Villas, including but not limited to common areas and/or property amenities, guest rooms, fixtures, furnishings, artwork, decor or linens, will incur additional charges that will be assessed to the guest or person, which is subject to the type and extent of the damage, per Management’s discretion, but not to exceed 120% of fair replacement value.

Furthermore, any guest or person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to resort property grounds shall be liable for damages sustained by the hotel staff, including the hotel's loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired. Willful and intentional property or personal damage committed or caused by any person(s) on resort property will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency and ZILI Pine Villas reserves all rights to pursue criminal and civil charges against those who commit acts of property or personal destruction.

LOSS OR THEFT

ZILI Pine Villas strives to provide a safe and secure environment for our guests. CCTV cameras are in strategic locations to monitor general areas of the resort. In the unfortunate event of loss or theft, the resort and its management shall not be held liable. Please secure your belongings.

POOL USE AND REGULATIONS

Please refer to the Swimming Pool Rules section of our FAQ page for more information.

The swimming pool is available for use between 9:00 AM until 11:00 PM every day.

GENERAL HEALTH GUIDELINES

Our priority is and always will be the health and well-being of our guests and team members. We regularly clean and sanitize all our villas and common areas. In compliance with local regulations and DOH guidelines, some amenities and services may be limited or unavailable during your stay. In addition, please ensure you follow common health and safety practices such as frequent handwashing, social distancing, and wearing of masks in public places (as required).

WE CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

We enjoin our guests to help keep the resort and our home of Liwliwa clean and beautiful. Trash bins are provided within the resort for your garbage. Segregate trash whenever possible. When bringing food and drinks to the beach, please dispose of them properly. If you cannot find any trash bins around, please bring your trash back to the resort and we will dispose of them for you. Everyone's cooperation is highly appreciated.

ECO TOURISM AND COASTAL PRESERVATION FEE

In accordance with municipal ordinance 03-A Series of 2017, the local government unit of San Felipe shall be collecting the following fees as you enter Liwliwa:
