GENERAL RESERVATION INFORMATION

Reservations must be confirmed with a 50% deposit. For your convenience, we accept payments in cash, Gcash, Paymaya, and over-the-counter or online bank transfers through BPI and BDO.

Balance is to be settled upon check-in.

Guests must be at least 18 years old to reserve a room. Minors must be accompanied by an adult to stay with us.

For security purposes, please provide a valid government photo ID at check-in.

A refundable deposit of 2,000 will be collected upon check-in to cover incidentals.

We are not a beachfront. It's about 8-10 minutes walk to the beach from the resort. Along the way, you'll pass by the other popular resorts and restaurants/bars in Liwliwa.

CHECK-IN AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Standard check-in is any time after 2:00 PM
Standard check-out is strictly before 11:00 AM

Early check-in is possible, subject to room availability, and also subject to a 500 per hour charge.

Late check-out ​is possible, subject to room availability, and also subject to a 500 per hour charge, or a full day's rate if checking out beyond 2 PM.

We ask that guests contact us in advance regarding early arrivals and late departures. If the resort is unable to accommodate your request, your luggage can be securely stored with us in the meantime.

CANCELLATION AND REBOOKING POLICY

Guests may cancel or reschedule their bookings at least 10 days before their check-in date. The first rebooking shall be free of charge. All subsequent rebookings shall incur a 1,000 admin fee.

Any changes or cancellations made within 10 days of the confirmed ​check-in date shall incur a penalty as below:

Cancelling or ​rescheduling a confirmed booking within 10 days or less of the check-in date shall incur a rebooking/cancellation fee of 3,000.00.

Any deposits or reservation fees paid shall be forfeited ​if cancelling or ​rescheduling a confirmed booking within 48 hours of booking date.

New dates shall be within a six month period from the original ​check-in date.

Rescheduling is subject to availability of villas on the new requested dates. Additional fees may be collected depending on seasonal rates. If the rates are higher on the new requested dates then the difference between the previous and new rate shall be collected.

If the resort cancels your reservation for reasons beyond our control (force majeure / acts of nature**) the guest shall be eligible for a full refund subject to an admin fee of 1,000 per villa.

Refunds can be made via Gcash, Paymaya, or through online banking subject to relevant transfer or convenience fees. Our staff will contact you regarding the pertinent details.

PARKING

We provide ample parking space for guests in our private parking lot outside of the property. It is 3-5 minutes away from the resort.

ZILI Pine Villas reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice.

Guests are encouraged to view the Policies page prior to check-in to ensure they are updated of any changes that may affect their reservations.

While we strive to provide a safe space for your vehicles, please ensure that you secure your belongings. Management shall not be liable for any loss or theft while your vehicles are parked.

**Force Majeure / Acts of Nature pertains to events beyond control of the resort including but not limited to: typhoon, flooding, earthquake, fire, war/civil disobedience, pandemic/disease outbreaks, government controls / checkpoints, power outages, etc.
